Hi all,
I've been thinking about doing a certain project for a long time and last week I finally put my head down and started sorting out info and webpages, scripts and awhole bunch of other stuff.

*Massive Fortune Online* = project name *hehe*1) How to add more subscribers to my mailing list in a short space of time?
2) Where can I find subscribers with a proven buying track record?
3) How and where to find JV partners with a great subscriberbase to work with?
4) Website planning and where to find people and tools need to make site function?These are some of the thing I try to answer when I'm starting something new.
I know there are lot more questions that we can have on here but I thought maybe you guys/gals would like to add some yourself.How do you aproach a new project and what sort of thing do you think about and what's the first thing you do before you start?
