That was fast! :) Watch your cell padding on the main table,
though. You've got the text butted right up against the
border. You need a little breathing room in there.I like the Google Adwords suggestion. I would test running
Adwords in the column you're using now for 'recent
discussions' and see how it works for you.Also, 'Newsletter Sign-up' isn't going to cut it. You need a
compelling benefit to the subscriber. Also, I'd recommend
putting some kind of privacy policy statement just below the
sign-up box so people fell more comfortable sharing their
email address with you.Greg, as far as I'm concerned, getting subscribers should be
the most important goal of your site if you want to make
more money. It's great that you're getting some freebies and
helping to support your own skiing habit but you're saying
you want more than that. If so, building a list must be a
top priority.It will take some time to find the offer that works the best
but don't cut corners there. With your traffic numbers, you
can be easily adding 20-50 names per day to your list.Again, good luck with it.
