Hi Rizky,
I've not made much money yet ;-) ... but like what Michael has said, I've been investigating the mlm industry for quite a bit now and I'm pretty much into it.
The main thing you need to look out for are the products. Ask yourself this,
"Will I buy this product if there's no compensation plan ?"
No matter what people tells you or how great/wonderful the compensation plan is, you will only get paid if people actually buys the product - therefore, if you won't buy the products for yourself, then most likely, your downlines won't either.
Another tip is to be yourself - I've heard that many networkers say, "Don't tell them that it's a network marketing opportunity" ... try to get them to agree to meet up with you for lunch of something and then you "ambushed" them with the presentation.
I totall disagree with that. If I'm ashamed to be associated with a network marketing company, then how can I possibly succeed ? I always tell my prospect upfront (if they do agree to meet up with me) that I want to tell them about a network marketing opp. If they agree, then great :-) ... if not, I move on.
I read a book which says, "Professionals sort, amateurs convince" ... so, don't try to convince someone who's not ready ... instead, spend your time with those who are open to the opportunity.
As for my "success story", well, it's coming ;-) ... I just started about a month back with a solid American company dealing with a revolutionary health product. I know it will work for me b'cos I'm convinced of the products and have benefited from them. As they say, a satisfied customer is the best sales-person ;-)
Anyway, I've gotta run now ... will post after Christmas ... my family is calling ;-)
cheers,
Adrian
