I'm from Italy - and I understand your feelings 100% :)But believe me, you're light-years ahead of many many other people who are just starting: you already know where to go (you posted here didn't you?) and you recognise the fact that you shouldn't do everything alone. To ask for help is most probably the best way to start.
I suggest you hang around this Forum too since there are lots of posts that are very precious. One example is the generosity of the people who have posted their emails: they are ready to receive a little more spam from email harvesters (programs that spammers use to collect email addresses) to show you that you're not alone here... and I believe that's great :)
Others have posted excellent advice already (like avoiding the frenzied information overload lots of us seem to have passed through ;) so I'll keep this post short - carry on being sincere and open to accept help and you'll go a long way!
It will take longer than what the hype you read around says (it's 4 years I'm studying webmarketing, and I'm sure I've only uncovered the tip of it!) it takes to be successfull - but don't stop!
Integrity and persistency are the key stones to build your success!
