To create your own niche information product
follow this exact steps:(1)Look in the phone book for "Magazine Distributors"
(2)Call one and ask for retail outlets near you that
have an extensive variety of magazines for sale.(3)Go to magazine retail outlet with a small notebook
(4)Record subjects that have more than one magazine
devoted to it. (Check the magazines to see if they have
a healthy supply of ads). You want a niche market where there is an intense
interest, but also where those interested in the
subject have demonstrated THEY HAVE MONEY TO SPEND.(5)Back at your computer type in keywords based on
the subjects you recorded at the retail outlet in
Overture's keyword sugestion tool:http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
You want keywords that produce from 30,000 to 100,000
searches a month. Anything over 100,000 is too broad,
so narrow the search. Overture will list related keywords
that will prove very valuablee in establishing your niche.(6)Choose your keyword
(7)Advertise your keyword in Google AdWords, directing
prospects to a 1 page website.(8)On your 1 page site inform visitors that you are
creating an ebook on ______________ (your keyword),
and you will give them a FREE COPY if they would fill
out a form with the three most important things they
would like answered in such an ebook.Through this technique you will be able to create a
niche product that's guaranteed to sell since you
are giving the public EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT!(9)Create niche information ebook
(10)Set up mini site to sell ebook. Use in your
HEADLINE and sales copy BENEFITS exactly the same
items the prospects provided you with.(11)Here's the link suggested by Dieter King:

You will hear a VERY VALUABLE 1 hour 54 minute free
webcast audio with Frank Kern describing in detail
this whole process.Best of success,
