a dirty trick for landing JV deals that you probably SHOULDN'T USE - GRIN

I always like to TEST, TEST, TEST as you may have
noticed if you've been reading my posts.Whether its a comptuer game, landing JV deals, or testing
different headlines - i'm a scientific little dork.Here's ONE test (out of many) that actually worked.
(Most tests I do don't work at all.)
Here's how you can hire a college KID to go through
a big list of targeted websites... and make a favorable
"first contact" that "Really shows you care" without
you have to spend a SECOND of your own time.Again, i've proven this works... it's made me money.
Look at the ALEXA graph below. It tells you ALOT about
ME and what I've been doing.I had my assistant, work for hours, studying everyone in
my fields alexa ranks - taking down notes about each website.Did they have a trend of their traffic going up?
Was it steady?
Did it DROP big time during a certain month?
Did their traffic DOUBLE all of a sudden during a certain
month? (allan gardne's did all of a sudden.)Are they declining?
How long have they been online? (alexa will show you any websites
traffic for 3m period, 6m period, 1yr, and even a 2yr period.)Then, I had him e-mail each person on the list a little COMMENT about
what he'd noticed about their alexa graph. (scroll to the bottom
of this post and then back up really quick so you can see the pic.)He sent out emails as "me" and told people with rising graphs
"how did you do that!"
... then talked about my difficulties even staying steady.
He told people who'd been staying strong and steady for
2 years"how have you lasted so long, that's remarkable!"
... then talked about how I have to work my butt off each
month continually landing JV deals, my graph is really bumpy.He told people who's graphs were declining
"Whats going on with your site, why is your traffic declining,
did you start a new website or something?"Now, this is just a tricky little way to START the conversation.
By no means does doing something like this guarantee you'll
land a JV deal with anybody.Just a quick tip for you guys, it's how I finally met
Alexandria Brown - who'd been ignoring me forver!!!=-)
